The attached and the email note below from Jeannie Hufford, HHSA ACS Audits Manager relate to our Contracting Workgroup meeting
last week. The group asked Jeannie for copies of the audit checklists for both
cost reimbursement and fee for service contracts. The question came up about why
the County was requiring the same documentation for both types of contracts -
the point is that they don't. Refer to the attached and contact Jeannie if you
have questions.

They differ based on type of contract (cost
reimbursement vs. fixed price) and type of review (full
review—we come out there or desk
review).
