SANDAN Updates Strategic Framework  The SANDAN board continues to work with the San Diego Foundation's Organizational Success Program. Nonprofit Strategies has presented their summary of the IMPACT Assessment that was conducted in June and SANDAN has met with the Organizational Success team to review our next steps. Stay tuned... RFP Announcement - Executive Director Services Walter Philips, SANDAN's Board Chair, has announced on behalf of the Board of Directors, that Leslie Hine-Rabichow will be leaving her position as Executive Director effective September 30, 2006. Click here to review announcement dated 8/10/06. "She will be greatly missed!" Over the past nine years, Executive Director services have been provided through a contracted position. The SANDAN board has prepared an RFP with the expectations of concluding the selection process by mid September 2006. Contracted Executive Director Services, click here for RFP. The Strategic Framework 2006 & Beyond is attached as a link at the end of the RFP. Completed proposals must be received no later than August 25th, 2006 at 5:00pm by email to RFP@sandan.org. Proposals will be reviewed and the SANDAN Board of Directors will conduct in-person interviews with candidates of interest, August 28th – September 7th. Membership Campaign During the month of June, SANDAN kicked off it's membership campaign.
